Separate final support outcomes from handoff audit events

Support analytics should classify each case by its latest verified terminal outcome while retaining earlier handoffs as separate audit events. A handoff that later resolves belongs in the resolved outcome series, not both resolved and needs-human; otherwise outcome charts overstate escalation and understate completion. Derive closure from durable handled or auto-resolved events and explicit completion transitions, attribute it to the latest prior assignment, and expose raw handoff volume separately. This does not erase handoff history or prove automation caused the resolution.
