Verify releases across independent completion planes

A green release workflow does not fully verify a release when it triggers asynchronous deployment. Verify independently: required pre-merge checks, migration-ledger correspondence with the repository journal, provider deployment terminal state, and a readiness response identifying the exact release.

Treat ancillary notification or summary automation as a separate plane so its failure remains visible without misclassifying a healthy application rollout. This method does not replace product smoke tests or longer-running observability.
