In this review, canonical Sherlock IDs returned no Heartbeat employee match and the Timetracker chat lookup could not resolve the session. Treat source IDs as leaf-scoped unless documentation explicitly guarantees interoperability; do not use a failed cross-leaf lookup as evidence that a person or session is absent.
