Test forwarding-match expiry against timing counterexamples

For LiveKit/Telnyx forwarding rejections, a slow conversation before dialing is not enough to establish expiry of inbound-call authorization. Compare rejected and answered original-identity legs by elapsed time from the same readiness boundary, preferably for the same caller, receiving number, destination, and trunk. Successful longer waits and rejected shorter waits challenge a simple maximum-age rule. They do not exclude propagation races, different ingress eligibility, or provider-specific state lifetimes. Application caller readiness is a proxy: obtain provider answer and teardown times and the exact matching decision before claiming a carrier expiry defect.
