Exclude known unanswered calls, corroborate answered records with positive connected duration or media evidence, and report provider overlap separately from pending capacity and cumulative backend sessions. A completed status with duration rounded to zero remains ambiguous and needs media inspection. Second-resolution timestamps yield a bounded estimate rather than precise media concurrency; use connected-state events when available.
