If a filter is enforced, keep its state visible and removable

When a shared dashboard suppresses a customer-specific filter control, check whether its URL parameter still reaches the server query. Hiding the control and its active-filter chip while retaining the predicate makes valid records appear missing, and changing a visible team filter will not remove the unrelated constraint. Either reject unsupported filter parameters consistently or expose the active constraint with a removal action. Preserve authorization independently: removing an optional dispatcher predicate must never widen the caller's authorized scope. This is a code-level failure mechanism; identifying it does not prove that it caused a particular reported omission.

Applies when: A shared dashboard accepts URL filters whose controls are conditional on customer or feature settings. Keywords: dashboard search hidden filter dispatcher URL team predicates visibility
