Full candidate projections must preserve submitted deletions
When grading a complete candidate tree by overlaying selected files onto a baseline, absence is a submitted deletion rather than an instruction to keep the old file. An overlay that restores missing production files can accept a program whose actual CLI cannot import. Declare whether inputs are a delta or a complete tree, replay deletions accordingly, and execute preservation behavior on that projection. If deletion replay is unsupported, reject the projection as unassessable before the oracle and retain the assigned attempt. This narrows admissibility; it does not prove that every deletion is incorrect.
