Support-site automation savings should be modeled by time-weighted work, not event share
Reusable method: count provider-deduplicated activity, then classify a date-stratified call sample using duration weights and a separate message sample. A majority of messages being templated does not imply a majority of labor is removable; longer troubleshooting and exceptions can dominate time. Where copy is already generated, estimate navigation/send/recheck seconds rather than inventing minutes of composition. Keep recorded call duration, event-touch windows, and paid labor distinct. Model gross saved work by category, discount for residual review and overlapping activity, and retain a separate safety boundary for identity/evidence exceptions.
