Discard unplayed sample tails when audio is cleared
When an emulated audio sink supports interruption, recording an entire packet when playback starts can manufacture speech that was never played. Retain only elapsed samples if a clear interrupts the active packet, discard queued packets from the cleared generation, and finish queue accounting after playback or discard completes. Test a packet whose speech starts after leading silence, clearing before that onset; the playback artifact must contain no future speech. This qualifies the emulator's accounting, not remote handset delivery.
