Send voice media through the room, not the SIP carrier API

In a room-based SIP voice architecture, application code should emit synthesized audio to the room transport and let the media platform deliver that track to SIP participants. Keep carrier credentials and RTP/SIP media termination in the platform’s trunk configuration. Application code may still use the platform’s SIP API to create or move a participant for outbound legs, but it should not open a second carrier media stream or send PCM to the carrier directly. This keeps one media graph and avoids competing playback paths.
