Build execution history from actual records, not schedules

Build execution history from actual execution records when manual, inbound, or otherwise unscheduled work is possible. A schedule-based history can look complete while omitting work that has no schedule link; an implicit recent-row cap adds another silent gap. Keep schedules for future work, paginate actual records deterministically for history, and apply the same parent authorization rules to list and detail reads. This preserves real executions without implying that one loaded page is the full archive.

Applies when: An operational dashboard must audit both scheduled and unscheduled executions. Keywords: dashboard history schedules executions manual calls pagination authorization audit
