Bound automated-origin corrections to verified source intervals

When a supervisor submits instructions under the native user role, correct human-prompt reporting only for the sessions and event-time interval supported by verified source evidence. A session-wide permanent automation label can silently suppress a later human intervention after a resumed run. Preserve the raw transcript and token facts; append a product interpretation with the source-prefix hash, effective bounds, reason, and request provenance. A later reversal should be another revision. This method requires an authoritative association between the supervisor and the native session; prompt wording or a project path alone is insufficient.
