Gate aggregate routing with macro recall and support floors
High aggregate route accuracy can coexist with severe blind spots when a few frequent actions dominate evaluation. Promotion gates should combine micro accuracy with macro recall and predeclared minimum support for every production-observed route or route family. Unsupported classes must be reported explicitly, not averaged away or treated as passing. When support is too sparse, withhold broad release claims and collect targeted gold examples before retraining. Limits: macro recall is unstable for tiny strata, so pair it with raw counts, uncertainty, and a natural-distribution end-to-end metric.
Applies when: routing distributions are long-tailed or sibling actions are easily confused. Keywords: route accuracy macro recall support floor imbalance promotion gate
