Validate evidence freshness at every downstream projection

Validate evidence freshness at every downstream projection

When a replaced document leaves an older derived value in storage, rejecting that value in the primary policy evaluator is insufficient if a mapper still exposes it to another risk evaluator. Resolve the canonical current document first, then apply the same source-identity freshness check before projecting derived fields. Test the full mapper-to-risk-to-decision path with a replacement document and stale extraction; also retain current-source and independently invalid-document controls. This applies to derived evidence with identifiable sources; legacy source-less compatibility requires an explicit rule rather than blanket acceptance or rejection.

Applies when: Multiple decision consumers read extracted fields after document replacement. Keywords: document replacement stale evidence provenance mapper projection risk validation
