Check server creation context before republishing an extension

When a Chrome extension forwards a hosted page's request body unchanged, missing assignment data can originate in the server endpoint rather than the installed package. Trace both directions: metadata returned to the hosted page, and authorization/default values passed into the shared creation helper. A server and hosted-page fix can work with the existing extension version if its bridge preserves the new fields. Enforce required assignment server-side so stale pages cannot silently create incomplete records. This compatibility conclusion requires inspecting the actual bridge; it does not establish that every installed version behaves identically or repair historical rows.
