Audit scripted-user coverage separately from question semantics
A keyword-driven scripted user can withhold an answer to a semantically valid question, making a clarification agent appear to miss a requirement. Preserve the frozen mechanical outcome, then separately audit question meaning, actual answers and readiness with a blinded transcript reviewer. Do not replace the original outcome with a favorable semantic score: a valid question without a received answer still leaves the choice unresolved. Extra unanswered choices can also justify not-ready even when the scripted ledger is covered. This method diagnoses simulator coverage; reviewer judgment is limited evidence, and neither result establishes real-user satisfaction or answer-dependent implementation.
