Measure soak exposure separately from offline scoring time

When a load-test controller also downloads recordings or runs offline speech scoring, its wall-clock runtime can overstate the service's load exposure. Derive call occupancy from actual call start and end timestamps, and report idle gaps, overlapping calls, and post-call analysis separately. A bounded scoring queue can limit resource use, but admission pauses reduce the achieved load and must remain visible. Connected calls also do not establish simultaneous synthesis: measure that separately, and treat sampled activity as a lower bound when exact request intervals are unavailable.
