A request-body timeout inside an application handler does not bound time or memory spent

A request-body timeout inside an application handler does not bound time or memory spent buffering the upload before that handler. Test deadline claims through the actual HTTP server and proxy path with an unfinished chunked upload, after warming the route, as well as with synthetic ReadableStreams. Keep handler-level and ingress-level guarantees distinct. Applicability: middleware/proxy runtimes that clone or finalize bodies before routing. Limits: an edge gateway may enforce an independent deadline; this experiment does not establish production exposure.
