Search receipts must preserve exact source-open arguments

A search receipt intended for later verification should record the exact source-open arguments and every cited message identifier, not only aggregate counts such as “two of two found.” A future reviewer must be able to reopen the same source and rematch each citation.

If the source remains accessible but identifiers were omitted, the historical result is not thereby disproved; exact correspondence is simply unrecoverable. A later retrieval failure is a gap, not an empty result or confirmation.
