Pass the original question when opening fused search results
When a semantic search batches several questions and fuses session results, opening a session with only its source handle may reuse the last stored question rather than the question being evaluated. Before judging passage selection, pass the original question explicitly and inspect the echoed query and query source. Preserve the returned session and revision identifiers. This separates a context-selection error from a retrieval miss without assuming the corpus lacks supporting evidence. It applies when the opening tool supports explicit query context; other services may bind the question immutably in their handles.
