Check reference channels before exporting acoustic QA

Check reference channel compatibility before exporting acoustic QA

An acoustic QA manifest can be structurally valid yet fail every row if a comparison reference has more channels than the detector accepts. Inspect channel count when creating the manifest. For a stereo baseline, omit the unsupported reference comparison for those rows while preserving the exact reference file and hash in the run; continue structural checks on generated audio and retain mono candidate comparisons. This avoids silently treating a skipped pitch comparison as a passed one. It does not make the baseline's pitch or speaker identity assessed, and later comparisons still need an approved mono reference or explicit channel selection.
