Check individual findings separately from the final verdict
When a verification system adds a new evidence signal while preserving an older rejection rule, a correct final failure does not prove the new signal was extracted, evaluated, persisted, or displayed. Diagnose and test each stage independently, then test their combined precedence. An unchanged failed status should not prevent retaining a required new evaluation. Keep a request to change rejection policy separate from a report that evidence is missing. This is a diagnostic method, not proof that short-circuiting caused any particular incident.
