Independent audit needs field coverage, not just another judge call

An independent audit call is not a complete argument assessment unless its findings cover the supplied and schema-required fields. Agreement between a selector and the recorded tool, or between an extractor and the recorded values, cannot fill missing audit judgments.

For a strict validation profile, require explicit tool permission and allowed findings for every supplied/required field before an argument PASS; retain grounded individual contradictions as FAIL and missing/unknown judgments as unassessed. Do not invent requirements for omitted optional fields. Bind the full-audit instruction mode into the request digest so selective-audit answers cannot be silently reused. Share one exact-action audit across dimensions and preserve both extraction and audit evidence in durable output.
