Distinguish acknowledgements from commitment amendments

When a verifier checks a commitment and its owner's follow-up replies, distinguish acknowledgements and supporting context from changes to success criteria, deadlines, or promised artifacts. Treating every owner reply as an amendment can turn an otherwise proven outcome into an abstention after a harmless acknowledgement. Preserve the reply and classify its effect on the original promise; ambiguous changes should still require review. This classification can use semantic interpretation, but evidence and attribution checks remain independent. The demonstrated failure concerns unnecessary abstention, not proof that any real commitment was completed.
