Exclude labels that occur beyond available causal media

For audio-to-action training, a production tool event is not a valid label merely because it belongs to the same call. If its causal speech boundary or decision timestamp falls after the recording ends, quarantine it or move that action to deterministic orchestration; never stretch the crop, borrow an adjacent turn, or relax node linkage to meet a quota. Aggregate the failure by route before deciding scope. Re-evaluate only when capture extends through the decision or explicit causal provenance becomes available.
