Continuously probe preview database connections

Client-aborted preview requests may reflect stalled runtime-pool connections rather than route regressions. Probe readiness through the runtime connection mode, not only at deployment activation, and ensure a failed probe can replace stale pools. Distinguish deadline stalls from transient tenant or user errors during database-branch replacement before assigning a feature cause.
