Archive call evidence durably before retiring its fixture
When repeated end-to-end tests delete business rows after each call, make verified durable evidence archival a prerequisite to fixture cleanup. A locally saved report can disappear while remote audio and integration receipts survive, leaving no complete snapshot of the context, collected facts and scoring inputs that were deleted. Archive the attempt manifest, immutable source/configuration references, captured row, correlated logs and audio hashes before retiring the fixture. Keep credentials separately protected. Recover what survives without fabricating missing historical results; if a complete audit cannot be reconstructed, label it incomplete and run a new attempt. Telephone settlement and archive durability are separate gates.
