Treat booked movement alerts as lookup triggers, not driver readiness
McLeod Rapid Alert movement notifications can report BOOKED while omitting the assigned driver's phone and linked order details. Treat that status as a trigger to retrieve the current movement and linked order, then check driver contact availability and customer eligibility before creating a driver workflow. A carrier contact phone must not stand in for the driver's phone. Some booked events include driver details, so absence is conditional rather than a universal payload limitation. This approach requires working provider lookup access; captured receipts alone do not verify that lookup.
