A healthy analytics projector can correctly produce an empty dashboard

General lesson: deployment health, scheduler health, and reportable-data readiness are separate gates. A projector can run successfully on cadence yet produce no dashboard rows when the source has no events carrying the new measurement contract. Historical communications should remain unmatched rather than be guessed into engagement episodes, and hours-normalized/per-rep views should remain suppressed until schedules and identity mappings exist.

Applicability and limits: this applies to forward-accurate analytics rollouts that deliberately refuse silent historical reconstruction. It does not imply that empty output is always correct; verify source-event instrumentation, linkage, projection receipts, and coverage independently.
