Test recovery prompts on confirmed unfinished commitments

Design hypothesis: once outcome verification is reliable, a narrow coaching pilot can prompt an explicit next-day decision only for confirmed unfinished commitments that have no recorded disposition. Reuse the normal planning surface; accept continuation, a smaller checkpoint, a named dependency, or deliberate deferral/replacement. Suppress prompts when the decision already exists. Measure explicit decisions before prompting per observable applicable opportunity, alongside subsequent checkpoint completion and unknown coverage. Keep deferral separate from completion so administrative closure cannot inflate delivery. This tests an observable planning habit; it does not establish that a priority was optimal or that productivity improved.

Applies when: a team has reliable outcome evidence and wants a small next feedback experiment. Keywords: goals feedback recovery planning unfinished commitments opportunities adoption
