Make query fakes reject columns absent from the deployed schema

A dictionary-backed query fake can hide an invalid Supabase/PostgREST filter when a test fixture invents a tenant column that the real table lacks. Removing the invented field alone may turn successful reads into empty results without reproducing the database error. For the affected query boundary, make the fake reject the unsupported column and verify that the existing positive delivery test fails before the runtime fix and succeeds afterward. Keep recipient authorization checks separate from this schema correction. This narrow regression does not replace live schema verification or establish delivery by an external provider.
