Score dialogue outcomes separately from scripted call capture

A scripted caller can exhaust its reply list and capture a recording even when the target gives incorrect answers. When replies advance on any nonempty target utterance, preserve capture completion as a transport result and evaluate conversation success independently against expected facts, tool results, and terminal actions. Do not use script exhaustion as a deployment pass gate. A fixed script remains useful for reproducible smoke tests, but unexpected clarification branches need an explicit inconclusive or controller-mismatch outcome rather than an invented reply or an agent failure.
