Auto-resolved support cases should not say the driver completed the form

A support issue can auto-resolve because a driver flow reaches any driver-done status, including failed verification or required review; this is not proof that every configured form step was submitted. Operator timelines should name the actual terminal outcome (for example, “support issue auto-resolved after verification failed”) and keep step completeness as a separate projection. This prevents a truthful pending-step panel from appearing to contradict a misleading completion event.

Applicability: workflows where case closure is triggered by a status set broader than successful, fully submitted completion. Limit: this does not imply the underlying terminal decision was correct; verify the decision evidence separately.

Applies when: a support case closes automatically while the workflow can end in several success, failure, or review statuses. Keywords: support auto resolved form complete pending steps failed verification
