Use the official browser OCR SDK before building an ONNX pipeline

For browser text capture, check whether the OCR project supplies an official browser SDK before budgeting a custom ONNX integration. PaddleOCR.js provides detection and recognition, polygon/text/confidence results, and worker execution; this can remove substantial preprocessing and runtime integration work from a proposed camera scanner. It does not supply the application's temporal agreement rules, movement instructions, or evidence-context validation. Browser availability also does not prove acceptable latency or memory on low-end phones. Benchmark the complete download and inference path with representative camera frames before selecting models.
