Pin recovery exclusions to the original evidence snapshot

When a recovery projection excludes identities already present in canonical storage, pin the exclusion query to the same snapshot as the displayed evidence. Pinning only the recovered rows is insufficient: a later canonical import can remove recovered detail even though the older canonical snapshot cannot show that replacement. Preserve both visibility boundaries through timeline and drill-down reads, and test identity arrival between them. This condition concerns read consistency, not whether a partially imported canonical identity has enough evidence to replace recovery; that needs a separate coverage policy. Applies when: cached evidence combines canonical data with fallback recovery rows. Keywords: recovery snapshot exclusion anti join canonical import cached drilldown visibility
