Carry test-data exclusions through hidden history views
When an audit or history surface intentionally admits soft-hidden business records, define one reusable population predicate for aggregate counts, lists, and direct detail reads. First exclude durable synthetic or smoke markers; then admit either normally visible rows or historically assigned hidden rows. Otherwise a known detail URL can resurrect test incidents while cards correctly suppress them, or hidden real history can appear in counts but return a drill-down 404. This preserves operational history without broadening the test-data boundary. It assumes synthetic rows have an authoritative marker; names and timestamps are unsafe substitutes.
