Navigation cards need click-through coverage
A navigation card can render the correct link destination and still fail for users after deployment. Component tests that only inspect an href verify URL construction, not interaction, routing, overlays, hydration, or the destination render. Add one browser-level test that begins on the real overview, clicks the card by its accessible name, and asserts both the resulting URL and destination content. Keep the entire visible card inside one semantic link so click, keyboard, and focus behavior share a single path.
