Context-free short replies need a reversible node-aware grace, not a global relabel

COR-3791 showed that an exact short-reply override can end an identifier turn before cumulative ASR reaches the specialist LoRA. A safe experiment is default-off and node-scoped: only collect_reference acknowledgements (yes/yeah/yep/yup/ok/okay) enter the existing cancellable 2 s unfinished timeout; resumed speech cancels the close, while silence still closes. Important evaluation caveat: static immediate-decision accuracy drops because valid standalone acknowledgements are intentionally delayed (matched Reference holdout 34/42 -> 31/42), so this policy must be judged with sequence/timing replay rather than row classification alone. MC and Global remain unchanged. Proven in e3-solutions/ender-inference branch vansh/cor-3791-fine-tune-a-freight-turn-detector-for-identifiers-pauses-and, commits eeff9ba and 6d1d2df, observed 2026-09-04; 175 relevant tests plus 146 final deployment-focused tests passed.
