Separate completion event comparisons from conditional rates

In completion evaluations, a false-completion event indicator over terminal-known attempts is a different estimand from the false-completion rate conditioned on declaring complete. Paired event differences may include complete=false terminals; their pair count cannot be described as pairs where both agents claimed success. Report each numerator, eligible denominator and unknown-terminal exclusion explicitly, and label conditional rates separately. When the route itself changes whether an agent declares completion, conditioning can select a different population. Correcting the label preserves the observations; it does not establish general truthfulness or semantic proof quality.
