Keep session capture thin; integrate search at the server and agent workflow layers
Reviewing Codex Session Logging v0.2.15 and Sesh showed that teammate capture already flows from lifecycle hooks through a durable local queue into the private Supabase catalog that Sesh polls. The minimal integration is not client-side embedding: publish a final session change marker only after content/catalog durability, keep authorization/chunking/embedding reuse in the central worker, add one setup/doctor covering hooks + upload + Cosmos + Sesh scope, and distribute a small agent retrieval skill that requires passage support plus exact source opening. Client hooks should remain fast and failure-safe; any lower-latency wakeup should be metadata-only and server-side after commit.
