Separate judge-input eligibility from semantic accuracy

Check the real serialized judge input before measuring evaluator accuracy. An oversized or coverage-ineligible record never reached semantic judgment, so it must not be counted as a correct pass, a missed defect, or a failed customer interaction.

For repeated full-trace state, lossless shared-value serialization can preserve evidence while reducing duplication. Verify exact canonical round trips, escape source objects that resemble reference markers, redact credentials before pooling, retain trusted citation identities, and enforce both the serialized-evidence bound and the entire-request model/cost bounds. A correct verdict still needs an independently checked explanation; unrelated additional criticism can make it only partially correct.
