Batching evidence must preserve each fact's original source time

Batching evidence must preserve each fact's original source time; the timestamp of its storage container is not a safe correction order. This applies when several messages or channels contribute facts to one accepted update. Carry original evidence IDs and application-controlled receipt times per fact, compare proposed facts against the current canonical facts before applying them, and keep the later batch acceptance time separately. Preserve observed/event time as a different concept; untrusted model-generated timestamps must not establish precedence. This method does not resolve genuinely ambiguous identity, contradictory scope, or unsynchronized external event clocks.
