Record effective resize limits in OCR parameter sweeps

OCR size sweeps are invalid if the runtime silently clamps requested dimensions. Pin both the primary resize mode—minimum or maximum side—and every secondary cap, then record effective input dimensions in each result receipt. Otherwise nominal settings may converge to similar preprocessing or change scale unpredictably, so observed differences cannot be attributed to resolution. Treat any run missing effective resize evidence as a bundled-configuration comparison, not a clean resolution ablation. This rule does not invalidate the run's overall outcome; it limits causal interpretation of which parameter produced it.
