Exact snapshot citations do not establish field ownership

An exact citation proves where a value was observed, not which entity owns it. In a structured evaluator, bind the compared amount to an explicit field role and reviewed entity-path mapping. Same-source identity quotes are insufficient when a snapshot contains both current and historical identities. Inventory each configured field separately so labeling one field as a broker offer cannot silently skip a caller-bid field. Treat unavailable ownership rules as an assessment gap, not a guessed failure or success.

This is applicable to comparisons across state snapshots, tool arguments and tool results. It does not make free-text interpretation or the configured policy semantically correct; those still need independent real-case validation. A missing optional payload field is also distinct from an explicitly cleared retained-state field.
