Open pages can retain configuration selected before a redeploy

A page that receives decoder or backend selection during server rendering may retain that selection for its lifetime after the environment changes and a new deployment completes. Reload or open a fresh page before validating the new mode; absence of traffic to the newly selected backend from an old page is not evidence that the deployment ignored the setting.

Also distinguish early training metadata from completed user submissions. If training metadata is emitted before capture confirmation, a local decode-success sample can exist without a corresponding completed document or extraction record.
