A session-start setup snapshot can prove that a Codex plugin is enabled without proving which version is active. In codex-session-logging 0.2.13, `codex_plugins()` records only name and enabled state; version evidence is indirect unless a versioned plugin skill path is also observed. For rollout certainty, persist a sanitized plugin name, installed version, marketplace, installation identifier, and observed-at timestamp at each context load.
