Meeting corpora show request-surface focus, not engineering allocation

General lesson: A customer-meeting corpus can establish which product pains recur and whether commitments are later discussed as delivered or validated, but it cannot by itself quantify engineering focus, task switching, or capacity allocation. Deduplicate multiple note captures of one call, preserve the earliest evidenced request date, and distinguish three separate states: delivered, customer-validated, and metric-validated. Also separate detection accuracy from operational actionability: a correctly raised risk that nobody reviews is not a model false negative. Applicability and limits: Use this when auditing product direction from call notes before linking to Linear, Git history, and telemetry. Meeting absence is not absence of pain, and customer estimates remain reported evidence rather than verified metrics. Applies when: Evaluating product focus or distance to goals from customer meeting notes. Keywords: customer calls product focus deduplicate chronology validation engineering allocation
