Reusable audit pattern: track each customer request across conversation evidence, support ticket, Linear ownership, PR state, main/release evidence, and explicit customer acceptance as separate fields. A ticket marked Done can still be staging-only, and a green PR can still miss the real customer case if its assumed record shape is not checked against bounded production data. Source provenance: read-only cross-source product audit on 2026-09-03; customer-specific details intentionally omitted.
