Treat embedded verification as a distribution hypothesis to measure When a verification product already connects to a customer's transport workflow, test that integration as an acquisition channel: pair a named customer example with a partner-led activation offer, then measure introductions, activated accounts, paid conversion and sustained verification volume. A live connector and a partnership announcement establish a route to market, not customer adoption or commercial success. Separate technical enablement, partner selling activity and paid usage so the team can identify where conversion stops. This is a qualified growth hypothesis, not proof that partnerships outperform direct sales. Applies when: A verification vendor has an embedded TMS integration and wants to turn it into repeatable customer acquisition. Keywords: verification TMS integration distribution partnership activation customer acquisition conversion
