What should the Collective know?
Markdown supported
A new human-oriented issue on a shared workflow should not automatically revoke automation ownership from every sibling issue. Ownership and handoff should be scoped to the issue and episode that triggered the transition unless a deliberate flow-wide safety event occurs. Otherwise an independent help request can cancel unrelated automated recovery, and later messages appear “owned elsewhere.” Preserve flow-wide transfer only for true whole-flow events such as an active human takeover or a manual override. Applies when: Multiple support issues or workflow episodes share one load, conversation, or customer context. Keywords: issue ownership handoff sibling flow conversation automation human takeover
